As we walked away from the Eiffel Tower, I felt the sadness taking over. I knew this would be the last time I would see a sight like this, this very moment, the blue Eiffel Tower… I would never see it again. Even if I ever return, it would never look like this. Not blue.
The next day I left Paris. I have not returned since 2008. Perhaps one day I will return…

After the long and beautiful walk through the streets of Paris, we finally made it to the Eiffel Tower… the moment I held sight of that beauty, I simply could not believe it…
We sat on the grass and admired the beauty of the Eiffel Tower. J had a surprise for me, and he pulled out white paper and pencils, and said: ‘would you like to draw the Eiffel Tower?’ I could not believe my eyes, that was so sweet! Of course I wanted to draw the Eiffel Tower! I think that moment was just so perfect. He just did the little things that made me happy, he knows how much I love art and love to draw. ♥♥♥♥♥
I’m not the best artist in the world. I draw for fun because I love it. Most importantly, I was having fun drawing and I was very happy. We laughed a lot during our drawing session. He said my drawing was better than his, he only focused on the trees and bushes. That was indeed funny! I told him he was supposed to focus on the Eiffel Tower, not the bushes!!! But I think it was a challenge for him to draw the Eiffel Tower. It was a little difficult, I must admit.
Eventually, the Eiffel Tower was starting to turn blue… the beautiful moment was about to start. The moment it started to turn blue… I think everyone was waiting for this moment. More and more people kept coming towards the Eiffel Tower. This place was never empty, it was always filled with people.
I was never really interested in visiting this place, but since I was invited I went. Once I was here, everything changed. It really is an incredible city, and a beautiful place. There is no place like Paris! Thank God I got to share this moment with someone I loved.
One of my favourite moments was when the Eiffel Tower used to sparkle. It was so beautiful. When I watch my videos, I almost want to cry. I have to go back to this magical place. It’s so romantic, did I say that already? It is indeed. =D

The year I was in Paris, the Eiffel Tower turned blue. It was a most magnificent sight. Blue being my favourite colour, I could truly appreciate it’s beauty. I was so happy I got to see the Eiffel Tower for the first time, blue, and not with its normal lights. Blue is indeed the best.
Arc de Triomphe just looks amazing here in Paris.
